Welcome to Stevens Land Surveying, Inc. We provide land surveying services in Texas. Some of the services we provide are Title Surveys, Construction Layout, Topography, Subdivision Development, Large and Small acreage tracts, Platting and Re-Platting, Pipeline Surveys, ALTA Surveys and Flood Certificates.

We utilize Global Positioning System (GPS) and Total Stations along with hand held data collectors. Computers along with a cadd/cogo program are used to produce a final drawing which can then be emailed in .dwg format or a .pdf if needed. If you any questions please feel free to contact us.
